Who—I’m Mo, highly melanated, thirty-something molecular biologist.

What—Welcome to my blog! i use my platform with all who care to listen, to share what i have learned from my life experiences, and hopefully inspire and liberate you to reflect on your own.

When— Est. 2017 with my Queen James Edition YouTube videos; SoFlo Mo was born in 2018.

Where—if you haven’t gathered yet, I was born and bred in sunny South Florida.

why— I started blogging with the intentions of sharing my style of Bible study but decided to venture out to cover all dimensions! I pride myself on being pretty much an open book, and my goal is to create a safe space to open up conversation about things we all experience. I hope to encourage and inspire anyone visiting my page; whether it is regarding relationships, health, faith, or anything in between.
